- North America: 1-3 business days (for remote locations up to 5, but you probably aware about it)
- Asia, Australia: 3-5 business days
If you need the order urgently, please write to us, we will check up if we can guarantee the date. Sometimes, even US orders can reach the buyer overnight!
If the recipient refuses to accept the parcel due to any reason, no refunds will be made.

18k Gold. Special pieces can be made in solid 18k Gold (750). It is more precious due to high content of pure gold and have more intense yellow tone. We use only gold tone of 18k Gold.
