How long does shipping take?
Production takes 1–5 business days, as each piece is carefully handcrafted to order.
Shipping times:
• Europe: 3–7 business days
• USA: up to 2 weeks
• Rest of the world: up to 6 weeks depending on location
Are the gemstones natural?
Unless stated otherwise, all gemstones are natural, earth-mined, and sourced from various locations worldwide.
Each stone is cut in India specifically for our designs by a trusted cutting partner, following our quality standards.
For certain gemstones, such as opals, synthetic options may be used — this is always clearly stated in the product description.
Will the jewelry tarnish?
Our jewelry is designed to stay beautiful over time. Solid gold, gold filled, gold plated, and rhodium-plated silver maintain their color and do not darken under normal wear.
Sterling silver without coating is the only material that may naturally oxidize over time. This is a normal process and not a defect.
If you prefer silver that stays bright and white, we recommend choosing the rhodium-plated option or gold finishes.
All metals, including solid gold, can be affected by chlorine, saltwater, and household chemicals. To keep your jewelry looking beautiful for years, we strongly recommend removing it before swimming in the sea or pool and when using cleaning products.
Can I wear it every day?
Yes. While our designs are delicate and refined, they are made with materials and construction suitable for everyday wear.
For your comfort and to help preserve the shape of the jewelry, we recommend removing earrings before sleep, including studs.
We also suggest taking off your jewelry during intense physical activity or sports, as this may increase the risk of accidental damage.
Is it suitable as a gift?
Yes, every piece comes in a beautiful branded jewelry box, ready for gifting.
If you’re sending your order directly to the recipient, we can remove the invoice and include your personal message instead.

Can I return or exchange my order?
Each piece is handmade to order especially for you, so we kindly ask you to choose carefully.
For EU customers, we accept returns and exchanges for non-personalized items, excluding earrings for hygiene reasons.
Orders shipped outside the EU are considered international and are not eligible for return, unless there is a defect or an error on our side.
As each piece is made made to order, approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee, and return shipping is handled by the customer.
